I love my Galaxy S3. But most people agree that the GS3’s default keyboard sucks. That’s why SwiftKey is usually the most popular paid app on the Google Play Store. For a price of $3.99 (following a free 30 day trial), Android users can access basically the best mobile keyboard ever made. I love SwiftKey, and I’m not alone. The text prediction is ridiculously accurate and it will even learn more about your texting habits by monitoring names in your contact list and on Facebook. So if you have friends with weird names, SwiftKey will save you from butchering those names on a daily basis. I’m probably preaching to the choir here, so I’ll cut to the chase: the Samsung Galaxy S4 will come pre-loaded with SwiftKey. That’s right: Samsung has acknowledged that its default keyboard is bad, and it wants you to use SwiftKey instead. By the way, that’s not the 30 day free trial version of SwiftKey. That’s the full $3.99 version. So when you spend several hundred dollars on your new GS4, you won’t have to spend an extra few dollars for a real keyboard. Thanks Samsung!
