One of the biggest problems with wearing Google Glass is that you look like an idiot.
Until wearing a computer on your face becomes more socially acceptable, everybody who wears Google Glass in public will get strange looks walking down the street.
Fortunately, Google recently unveiled a new lineup of Google Glass lenses and frames that are designed to make Glass more hip and fashionable. The new glasses feature the typical assortment of frames and designs you’ll see with normal glasses on people walking down any street. Some are hipster glasses, while others are small and professional, and some are sunglasses.

The point Google is trying to make is that you don’t have to be nerdy to wear Google Glass. With a wide assortment of slim, stylized, and titanium frames available, Google wants the world to know that Glass is here to make an impact – it doesn’t want to be a niche item for a small group of people.
You can view a sample selection of Google Glass designs below:

As you can see, there are Google Glass options for all different types of people with varying levels of activity. I wouldn’t be surprised if you could swap out lenses to make your Google Glass sunglasses into regular Google Glasses, although Google hasn’t officially announced this feature yet.
Google Glass with prescription lenses
Do you wear glasses but want to use Google Glass? You’re not out of luck! A few different optometrists have made prescription lenses for Google Glass. You can learn more about those lenses here:

Both Rochester Optical and Wetley are certified Google Glass Prescription Lens Carriers (GPLC), which means you can officially buy your prescription-outfitted Google Glass devices from either of those two optometrists – and likely many more.
Rumor has it that you might even be able to get Google Glass covered by your health, dental, and vision insurance plans from your employer. That would be nice!
